Our value chain starts with the careful sourcing of high-quality fruits. These are grown either in our own cultivation areas or supplied by selected regional partners. We have strategically located our production facilities close to key fruit-growing regions, allowing us to process raw materials quickly and efficiently, while preserving freshness and quality. For raw materials that are not locally available, such as exotic fruit varieties, we collaborate with trusted suppliers to purchase concentrates, purees and aromas.
Building on our regional approach, we are committed to purchase fresh fruits grown within 250km of our processing plants, which we exceeded in 2025. And by sourcing a significant share of our raw materials regionally, we reduce transportation emissions, support local farming communities, and maintain transparent, long-term partnerships with our suppliers.
After harvesting, the fruits are transported efficiently to our production facilities in Austria, Poland, Hungary, Serbia and North Macedonia, where they are processed with the aim of preserving both taste and nutritional content to the greatest extent possible. These semi-finished goods are either stored, directly sold to our B2B customers or filled and packaged into beverage cartons, PET bottles, glass bottles, cans or innovative bag-in-box solutions. Packaging materials or other ingredients needed for the filling process are also preferably sourced from regional suppliers with long-standing relationships.
Finished products are distributed via retail, impulse, and gastronomy channels. After consumption, packaging is collected through established return systems, appropriately disposed of, and, where possible, recycled into materials for new packaging.
