A fruitful inheritance

The third generation of the family hand over a flourishing company

In 1962, the four Rauchs Trudi, Erich, Franz and Roman had assumed control of successful operations in Vorarlberg and Tirol with a workforce just shy of 50. Together with their exceptionally dedicated teams, they built the company into an internationally recognised brand.

After more than 40 years, it was time that the reins were handed over to some younger faces. By 1998, Trudi Ludescher had already stepped down from the operative company. Her brother Erich Rauch followed suit in 2000. In 2004 Jürgen Rauch relocated from Budapest to Rankweil and spent a year learning the ropes of the commercial aspect of the business with his father Franz. He took over his position in 2005. In 2009 Roman Rauch, the youngest of the four, gave up his role in the company.

To this day, the third generation continue to be heavily involved in the company and contribute significantly to shaping huge areas through the family foundation.
