In a challenging European climate Rauch quickly learnt that to stay ahead of the competition and grow in diverse markets, you must be able to demonstrate versatility yourself. Rauch is quick off the mark when it comes to developing new products, brands and packaging. With new production plants in other countries, Rauch ensures proximity to its suppliers and customers. The third generation of the Rauch family is slowly handing over the reins to a new management team. But the financial crisis in 2008 led to difficulties for Rauch and put a halt to growth - if only for a few years.
