The Saudi Champagne

1L sparkling water

6 lemons & mint leaves

2L RAUCH Apple Juice

75g caster sugar

2 sliced apples

2 sliced oranges

Stir the lemon juice and sugar in a small saucepan over a low heat until the sugar dissolves. Leave to cool. Halve and core the apples and cut into small chunks. Horizontally slice two oranges (no need to peel). Mix the juice, water and lemon syrup together and add the apples and the mint (tear some of the mint leaves and keep others whole). Add ice if you like, pour into glasses and serve.
