Frappuccino

Sayonara coffeehouse! With just a few ingredients, you can create a delicious cocoa mocha Frappuccino right at your own home.

Preparation time: 5 min

Ingredients:
1 bottle of CAFEMIO Cappuccino or Macchiato
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
A pinch sea salt
Ice
Whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings - optional garnish

Preparation: Combine CAFEMIO, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt in a blender. Puree until smooth about 30-60 seconds.
For a thicker consistency, add more ice. Add ice and puree for additional 45-60 seconds. Pour into a glass and garnish
with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings.

Yoghurt

Today something quick and easy for late morning starters on the run: self-made coffee yoghurt.
Enjoy a light, sweet treat plus wake me up effect. Perfect morning makes a perfect day.

Preparation time: 5 min

Ingredients:
1 bottle of CAFEMIO Macchiato or Espresso Macchiato
2 cups of yoghurt

Preparation:
Pour the yoghurt in a bowl. Add ½ CAFEMIO to each bowl. Enjoy :)

Cappuccino Muffins

Made with love in the CAFEMIO creative kitchen. We love them as a snack for coffee time, breakfast or anytime.

Preparation time: 40 min

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter melted
1 egg
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup CAFEMIO Cappuccino
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degree. Line 12 cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Combine both sugars and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Mix well until combined. Then add in the egg, vanilla, baking powder, and CAFEMIO and mix till combined. Now add in the cocoa powder, flour and chocolate chips. Fill each liner to 2/3. Place in the oven by 180 degree, bake for 20 min. Let cool and enjoy!
