Production Planning Specialist

YOUR ROLE IN THE FAMILY:

  • Maintains centralized product data and controls new creations and changes
  • Develops data quality standards and ensures compliance with standards
  • Manages and optimizes data exchange with suppliers, customers including higher-level platforms
  • Maintains article master data and mapping of the product life cycle
  • Organizes and implements projects in logistics, master data and process management
  • Digital mapping and administration of processes via a workflow management system
  • Interfaces internal departments and subsidiaries
  • Supports production planning
  • Negotiates with suppliers/vendors (ordering processes)
  • Materials Management
  • Supports implementation of quality policy and targets, including cleaning schedules
  • Coordinates materials from suppliers
  • Issues PO’s for production related materials
  • Quantity control and planning (Ingredients and Packaging Material)
  • Checks production orders in case of changes and communicates changes internally and externally
  • Oversees invoice control measures; Monitors inventory and writes orders to refill stock
  • Oversees the Master Data for materials and finished goods
  • Uses Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) in preparing reports and communications
  • Maintains a safe and secure work environment, including correcting unsafe acts/conditions
  • Establishes and maintains an employee relations climate of trust and confidence, promoting achievement of plant objectives

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR FAMILY?

·         2-3 years of related experience or Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent work experience of supply chain management, logistics or business administration

·         Ability to prioritize tasks and possess time-management skills

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Highly organized and detail oriented

·         Experience utilizing supply chain management software and tools, SAP preferred

·         Takes initiative; proactive rather than reactive

·          Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities, situations, and workflows
