My name is Bernd Oesterle, married, born 1974 in Vandans, Vorarlberg. I am a certified personal trainer and 4-time Mr. Universe Fitness and 3-time fitness world champion, I am also a nutrition expert, columnist and multiple bestselling book author. My free time is all about a healthy lifestyle, every day I'm on the lookout for new insights in sports, nutrition and anti-aging. Being part of the Healthy Lifestyle Board gives me great pleasure, as I can contribute my experience and knowledge and participate in the creation of new product ideas. I find the idea of a board made up of different experts from different fields unique and, from my point of view, brings added value to each of Rauch's customers. My tasks also consist of complementing the Healthy Lifestyle Board with my expertise in sports, nutrition and fitness and training. Through my self-experiment for my book "The Anti-Aging Revolution - Spielend Schlank. Longer Young." I have dealt intensively with the currently ubiquitous topic of fasting and gained many new insights through my co-auto DDr. Johannes Huber.
Through my many years of competition, I have acquired a high degree of discipline. As a result, a balanced and healthy diet and a varied lifestyle rich in exercise are part of my daily routine. I always try to develop and reinvent myself. For me there is not only training on the one hand and good nutrition on the other hand, but my goal is to bring body, mind and soul in harmony and to lead a healthy and above all long life. It gives me great pleasure to share this with my clients and to see their constant progress.

For me, a Healthy Lifestyle is not difficult to implement, as I do nothing different on a daily basis. My motivation here is my own physical and psychological well-being. My personal recommendation are Detox-Days, Detox-Weeks and fasting days, your body will thank you for it. Interval fasting days (16 hours fasting, 8 hours eating) are easy to implement, and it is important to remember to consume high-quality foods and healthy drinks, such as the new Juice Bar juices Immunizer, Berry Booster and Vitaminator.
My recommendation to everyone: Take two weeks of clean-eating and 40-50 minutes of moderate exercise combined with strength training daily. Take stock at the end of this time and you will realize that your quality of life has improved significantly with this little effort.
I don't have a specific favorite food. I like to eat regionally and seasonally, such as wild garlic, asparagus, strawberries, chanterelles, porcini mushrooms, etc. I like to combine the most different foods with each other, the variety is key.
