Happy Day by Rauch carries the V-Label and is therefore 100% vegan. This has been confirmed by the Vegan Society Austria, which has awarded the product its seal of approval. The use of mechanical filtration processes in the clarification of fruit juice means that gelatin is not required at all. This is achieved primarily through the use of state-of-the-art microfiltration systems.
